GlassGuard Support
Help with Bluetooth scanning, alerts and local app data.
Before scanning
- Enable Bluetooth and grant Nearby devices permission.
- Keep GlassGuard open during your first scan and move slowly around the room.
- Run calibration in a familiar space to establish a local baseline.
Understanding results
A match means nearby Bluetooth broadcasts resemble a supported radio profile. It does not prove a device is a specific physical unit, has a camera, or is recording. Different devices of the same model may share a radio profile. Signal strength is approximate and can change because of walls, people and device placement.
Temporary mute
You can mute a familiar radio profile for one hour. GlassGuard intentionally does not maintain a permanent trusted-device list, because the same profile may be broadcast by more than one physical device.
Data and billing
The current Google Play release is free, works locally without an account, does not include a paywall and does not upload scan history or signatures.
